ITW Conference - Fall 2025 Registration

Join us for a day of learning and collaboration as we go back to the basics, incorporating writing across the curriculum in a new age of education. You'll have the chance to learn from fellow educators and a special keynote speaker. 

We are excited to welcome this year's keynote speaker, Sy Montgomery! Author of 38 books, she has spent much of her life investigating the wonders of the animal kingdom alongside the scientists who have studied them. Her most recent book will be released later in 2025, and we will have copies of them available at the conference. Learn more about Ms. Montgomery on her website or through this interview.

Conference Schedule 
     8:30-8:55a - Registration, Check-in, and light breakfast  
     9:00-10:15a - Welcome, Keynote Speaker, and Book Signing 
     10:30-11:15a - Breakout Session 1 
     11:30a-12:15p - Breakout Session 2 
     12:15p-12:50p - Catered Lunch and Vendor Time
     12:50-1:05p - Group Writing Activity 
     1:15-2:00p - Breakout Session 3 

     2:00-2:15p - PGPs and Closing 

Registration Fee 
     Teacher / Professor: $85
     Group Discount 3+ (Teacher/Professor): $75 per person
     Adjunct Professor / Pre-service Teacher / Homeschool Parents / Vendors: $40

Registration fee includes a catered lunch, a copy of Ms. Montgomery's new book, and ITW merch as a 'thank you' for coming. 

Registration Instructions

  1. Press the "Register" button below.
  2. Select the "Role" for your registration amount. You do not have to enter a dollar amount in the box on the right unless you'd like to add an additional donation.
  3. If you choose to add a donation, you can add information about yourself in the note section on that page if you'd like to be listed on our "Donors" page! Again, this is not required.
  4. If registering for more than one person at the same rate, increase the quantity to match. Be sure to use the discounted rate if registering for three or more Teachers/Professors. 
  5. Once your role is confirmed, add the name and school or district of the attendees that have been paid for. 
  6. Add your email on the right side of the screen so that we can contact you as the conference approaches with more information.
  7. Continue to confirm the payment through PayPal or with credit card. 
  8. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has gone through.
